Pass must be purchased in full prior to the first session. Valid for one participant only, non-transferable, and intended for qualifying competition/event tanning. Appointments are subject to availability and standard travel guidelines apply.

Membership Policies
- Memberships automatically renew monthly.
- A valid credit card must remain on file.
- Unused sessions do not roll over.
- Memberships may not be shared, gifted, or transferred.
- Member pricing and benefits are available only while the membership remains active.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations.
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel a membership.
Package Policies
- Packages are prepaid, one-time purchases.
- Packages do not automatically renew.
- Sessions must be used before the stated expiration date.
- Expiration begins on the original purchase date.
- Unused sessions expire and do not roll over.
- Packages are nonrefundable and have no cash value.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations.
